Tracy Botley

Tracy is Group Training Manager at O’Halloran & O’Brien Ltd, she has worked for the business for the last five years and previously held a position of Training Administrator before progressing into the Training Manager’s role. Tracy’s expertise on construction training and related cards schemes ensures that operatives on site have the relevant competencies to carry out their duties and have the correct qualifications to enable maximum productivity. Tracy is also responsible for the NVQ up-skilling programmes for the group, she proactively seeks to find a solution to problems that are presented to the Training Department and her attention to detail ensures that nothing is missed. She also takes responsibility for the accreditation and EQA process of the OHOB Training Academy and the management of the NOCN SiteRight training courses. Tracy is keen to provide a more holistic support service to other businesses including the management of CITB grant claims and other related CITB matters.
