Employer & Skills Summit

On Wednesday we have been invited down to West London College to attend an Employer & Skills Summit. This flagship summit will bring together employers, business leaders, HR professionals and key stakeholders from across the region to explore the future of workforce development, skills, apprenticeships and emerging talent pathways.

Careers Fair – Kingston

On Thursday we have been invited down to Kingston to attend a careers fair along with Vistry, The Aces Team & Kingston Council. We are looking forward to going down to showcase what options OHOB have for careers in construction.

Bootcamp Interviews 

Friday we are going over to the Build East Skills Centre in hackney Wick to interview people who are coming out of a formwork bootcamp. We will interview all attendees and lay out what OHOB and the construction industry has to offer them as a career. Thanks to the Skills Centre for inviting us down.

Training

This week OHOBTA have the following training booked in  – Cable Avoidance, Manual Handling,  SSSTS, Confined Space, Face Fit, Dumper, Roller, Fire Warden, Temporary Works Coordinator & Fire Warden. Good luck to all those attending, we will get you accredited and trained.
