Aylesford School Visit

We are going down to Aylesford School on Wednesday to talk to students from years 7,8,9 & 10. Show them what the construction industry has as careers options, answer any questions they may have and ultimately try to bolster the aging construction industry. Here at OHOB we are passionate about bringing in the next generation of workers and we start with educating young people while they are at school.

The Skills Centre Careers Fair

Thursday we are headed to the Build East Training Centre for The Skills Centre Careers Fair. We are headed down there to promote OHOB as a Construction company, showcase any job opportunities we have and answer any questions attendees may have about OHOB or the construction industry in general. Thankyou to the Skills Centre for inviting us and having OHOB down.

Medway Pre-employment Cohort 6 Continues

The sixth instalment of our Pre-employment programme with Medway Council and Medway Development company continues this week. After a successful first week we are gearing up the attendees for their CSCS test at the end of the week, mock tests and going over the midules will mean the information is fresh in their head and the operatives will be ready to pass and get into the working world.
